Hello , I live in France. On 2016-06-30, I bought 6 shoes to FeelingUSA for my wife (shipping for France and 6 items = 228,30 $)because this models don't exist in my country. FeelingUSA said to me they don't have model "Belle301" on stock. the model is here : http://www.feelingusa.com/high_heel_shoes/marabou_slippers.cfm?groupid=310#9943 I recept 5 beautiful shoes and my wife was happy :-), but they take my money and don't send to me 1 shoes (model Belle301 , value = 39,95 $). I ask FEELINGUSA for refound , but there is no answer with e-mail. The FEELINGUSA phone don't answer ... It's not serious ! 2016-08-16 tuesday Mr Bardot France

Feeling USA Inc 3111 S. Valley View Blvd, Unit E-108 Las Vegas, NV 89102 I purchase merchandise from this company. When it arrived it was cheap looking and the quality was inferior. The website required you to request a RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization. I requested one be sent to me. I received an email this afternoon stating "We've received your request to return 2 items Unfortunately our company does not accept returns." How can they do that when their website indicates they do take returns. I do not want their merchandise which is so cheap looking. I would like my money back from this unscrupulous business. I advise anyone considering to purchase from this business to look elsewhere. You will be seriously disappointed in their merchandise and customer service. Plus they have deceptive business practice and are unscrupulous!
